Our post office proximity, frequent mail retrieval, and image-enabled processing speed up your customers' processing times. We can provide images of all items received at our remittance processing sites, including black-and-white check images and color remittance document and envelope images. We can even capture images of documents received without a check. Images are viewable same-day on the Internet or via a daily image transmission or CD-ROM/DVD (daily, weekly, monthly).

3. What can I do with your online lockbox service?
Through RemitStream LockboxOnline, you and your customers can access your check and remittance images on the same-day they are processed. You can download and print black-and-white check images and color remittance document images. Images can be accessed online through our Short-Term Image Archive for 180 calendar days or through our Long-Term Image Archive for one, three, or seven years. When users receive an email notification of a potential unbankable item, they log onto LockboxOnline, our Web-based image viewing and reporting service, and make decisions same-day about how to process the item. Customers no longer lose a day in returning their decisions to us.

For property management companies, RemitStream Property Management Lockbox enables assessment payments to be sent to one lockbox with the deposits made to separate accounts (DDAs) for each homeowners association.
